These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the us. By ordering items from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, mail or telephone with relevant offers from Cherrberrykiss. We may also contact you for market research purposes. Should you not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please state this at the time of ordering or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title "REMOVE" in the heading.
Orders & Buying
A contract is formed between Cherryberrykiss and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled. We reserve the right to restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction.
We are a Sagepay, Paypoint, Google Checkout and Paypal Merchant. You may pay on line or by telephone directly with your credit or debit card. For security reasons, the customer's first order must go to the registered address of payment card used.
We also accept cheque payments. All cheques must be made out to Cherryberrykiss and five working days must be allowed for confirmation of cheque clearances.
We use Interlink Express to dispatch orders throught Europe. Items shipped to the USA or Canada are sent via Fedex. Items sent on our behalf via a third party distribution centre may be subject to variable delivery schedules. You may find out what this schedule is when you select the item to put in your shopping cart, but it is typically 5 days (from the day of purchase to reaching the customer's delivery address) but maybe up to 8 days. Please contact us if you need further clarification on specific items.
Next Day Guaranteed Delivery :
Much of our stock is available on next day guaranteed services. When this it available you will be able to select this service when you placing an item in your shopping cart. All orders made on the next day delivery service need to be received before 3pm (Mon-Thur) to ensure they are processed and delivered on time. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm for next day delivery means next "working" day so will arrive with the customer on the following Monday.
Saturday Delivery :
All orders placed on Thursday pm and Friday before 1pm can, for an additional charge, be delivered on Saturday morning. Please contact us for the details of the additional cost if you require this service.
Credit Card Security
All direct credit card payments are made by Paypoint. Our business name will appear on your card or bank statement when making this type of direct payment. Your card details are not kept by after the transaction has been made via our website or over the phone. All web transactions using Paypoint are protected by a 2048-bit encrypted ssl service. Payments made via Paypal or Google Checkout take the customer off site where their purchases are secured on those companies' sites.
All your personal information is treated as confidential and is held securely. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties.

We only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be written on the package's address label. The footwear must be returned its original packaging. The goods must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged.
Products and boxes that have been worn and/or disfigured are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as we are unable to re-sell these items.
We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage.
If you choose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional charges for premium delivery services - such as next day guaranteed or Saturday guaranteed delivery.
We are unable to refund returns postage costs..

Cancellations may be made up until the time of dispatch; please call or email us to find out if your item has been dispatched and if cancelling is possible should you need to.
Once the goods have been dispatched, unwanted items must be returned using the returns proceedure as outlined above.
