Cherryberrykiss brings you a range of retro and classic footwear along with some contemporary lines which are difficult to find on the high street - particularly those in small or large sizes.  We typically supply lines up to a woman's UK size 14 and men's 13.

  Some lines are shipped on our behalf direct from a third party logistical distributor and are therefore only available by post.

How To Buy

We are a card payments are processed by Sagepay. We are also a Google Checkout and Paypal Merchant. Purchasing couldn't be easier.  You may pay on line directly with your credit card or telephone us to place your order.

Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. When you have  chosen all the items you wish to purchase, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. (If you have a Google Checkout account, you need not complete these steps.) Should you need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us first for a Returns Authorisation Number so we may track your return.


Stock items are sent same day via First Class Recorded Delivery.  Items sent on our behalf via a third party distribution centre may be subject to variable delivery schedules.  You may find out what this schedule is when you select the item to put in your shopping cart, but it is typically less than 7 days (from the day of purchase to reaching the customer's delivery address) but maybe up to 10 days. Please contact us if you need further clarification on specific items.


Next Day Guaranteed Delivery :

Much of our stock is available on next day guaranteed services.   When this it available you will be able to select this service when you placing an item in your shopping cart. All orders made on the next day delivery service need to be received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure they are processed and delivered on time.

Credit Card Security

All telephone card payments are made by Paypoint, and online payments by Sagepay.  Paypoint are a well known global card processor who process payments for the likes of Vodaphone and Orange.  They have a high profile high street presence and you may well have seen their signs in supermarkets, petrol stations and newsagents.  You may therefore be assured that your payments are safe.

All your personal information is treated as confidential and is held securely. We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Return Policy

If you are not  completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be written on the package's address label. The footwear must be returned its original packaging. The goods  must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged. 

Products and boxes that have been worn and/or disfigured are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as we are unable to re-sell these items.

We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage.

If you choose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional  charges for premium delivery services - such as next day guaranteed or Saturday guaranteed delivery.
